Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, along with the details of your order. If you create an account, we also store your login email and a securely hashed password. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence.

We do not see or store your credit or debit card numbers. Online payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, notify you about order status, respond to your questions, and meet legal requirements such as tax records. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

If you sign up for new-arrival and offer emails (in our footer or at checkout), we use your email address only to send those updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

We share information only with service providers who need it to run the store: Stripe (payment processing), shipping carriers (delivery), our email service (order notifications), and our website hosting providers. We never sell or rent your personal information.

We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage: a session cookie to keep you signed in to your account, and local storage to remember your shopping cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

You may ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email us at hello@sumoras.com and we will respond promptly.
