Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship anywhere in Canada. You can also choose free pickup at our Toronto location during checkout.

Orders of $100 CAD or more ship free, anywhere in Canada. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated in real time by Canada Post based on your delivery distance from our Toronto location, and shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is charged until you see and accept the total.

If Canada Post’s live rate service is briefly unavailable, we show a flat estimated rate instead so your order is never blocked — this is clearly labelled at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery after dispatch is 2–5 business days within Ontario and 3–10 business days for the rest of Canada. These are estimates; carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Choose “Cash & Pickup” at checkout to collect your order at 1501-77 Davisville Avenue, Toronto, ON, Canada M4S 1G4. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready, and you pay in cash when you collect it.

Every order has a tracking page — the link is in your confirmation email, and we email you at each status update (confirmed, processing, dispatched, delivered).
