SumoRas Boutique is a registered business name of Sumoras Fashion Boutique, registered in Ontario, Canada. Business Identification Number: 1001681815.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The total for your order, including any applicable charges, is shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay online by credit or debit card (processed securely by Stripe) or choose Cash & Pickup and pay in cash when collecting your order at our store.

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. In rare cases — such as a stock error or an obvious pricing mistake — we may cancel an order before dispatch, in which case we will contact you and refund any payment in full immediately.

Promotional prices, including launch offers, are available for a limited time and may end or change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

We photograph every item carefully, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page — if you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The photographs, text, and branding on this site belong to SumoRas Boutique and may not be reused without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Ontario consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
